Please read our return policy in its entirety. At Club Rococo every product is thoroughly inspected for quality controls and for any manufacturing defects before shipment. However occasionally a defective product may get overlooked. If you receive a defective product, please submit a damaged product claim within 07 days from the date you receive the defective product. If we determine (after inspection) the defect is due to manufacturing error, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you or settle the claim in a way mutually acceptable. In case of defected garment the buyer will not be required to pay for the return shipping cost. If you're ever dissatisfied with Club Rococo product or services for any reason, please email a brief explanation of your dissatisfaction and we will promptly address the issue. If a product is returned for a color, size, or style change it will be on our discretion to decide about the cost/charges for the new or replacement garment. The customer/buyer will be required to pay the shipping charges both ways. We therefore advise you to please make sure that you are ordering the correct size for the garment. Please do look at the size charts provided with each style and select the right size for you. All returns must be made within 07 days of receiving the product. No item that is damaged, soiled or worn will be accepted for refund or exchange. Returns Must * Have all tags and protective panty liners attached. * Be returned in their original packaging. * Not appear to have been worn or washed. * Be received by our customer care department within thirty days from their delivery date. |
