Order Acceptance

Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.

Cancelling Orders

Club Rococo reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspect or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities. Customers will be required to pay shipping charges to reroute a package once it has been released to our carrier. Due to high volume it may be difficult for us to locate your order once processing starts, please call to cancel any orders within 24 hrs. There will be a $10 charges for all cancelled orders after 24 hrs of the initial placement of the order.It is not possible to cancel orders after shipment has been delivered to the carrier.
